Window Shutters

Window shutters are a strong and sturdy window covering typically made up of a frame of vertical stiles and horizontal rails. Arranged within this framework might be louvers (either operable or fixed, horizontal or vertical), fabric, solid panels, glass, and most any other item which could be installed within a frame.

Shutters are often used for a number of reasons, such as managing the amount of light that enters a room, to provide privacy, security and safety, to protect against weather or unwanted intrusion or damage, and to enhance the appearance of a building.
