In response to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), B&G Window Fashions is taking necessary steps to help ensure the health and safety of our customers, team members, and the community. We continue to monitor developments and are following the guidelines our local, state, and federal governments put forth. We have already put into place heightened cleaning procedures and various operational changes, including increased frequency of cleaning of our showrooms, products, and vehicles, as well as wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when possible.
At this point, we are still open for business, but we understand providing the level of service our customers are used to may be difficult given the recommended self-isolation and social distancing practices. We are continuing with all scheduled appointments and installations whenever possible, but completely understand if these need to be rescheduled. As we continue to monitor how this pandemic affects the global window treatment industry, there is a possibility we may need to temporarily pause sales consultations and installations if there are disruptions to our supply chain, but so far that has not happened.
As always we can be reached via phone or through our website, but we are currently not accepting walk-ins at either of our showrooms. If you’d like to visit one of our showrooms, please call in advance and schedule an appointment.
We are certainly living in extraordinary times, and we are confident in our team members’ ability to adapt to these temporary changes seamlessly as we do our best to deliver the level of service you deserve as a valued B&G customer. We will continue to take proactive, educated actions with the needs, health and safety of our customers, employees and communities at the forefront of every decision we make.
